I use a platform called Wordpress that’s traditionally used in the sense of blogging, but it can also be used as a very efficient website for your intended audience.

For example, the website that you’re on right now is a Wordpress site. With Wordpress you can achieve very professional and user-friendly websites that also shares the same friendliness for the website owner. It takes little effort to update since it has a username and password protected administrator’s login for the owner. At that point, you can edit new posts or edit and manage old updates without needing HTML or FTP knowledge.

For the designs, I don’t design them myself, but Wordpress has one of the largest and easiest theme databases around. You can totally change the look of your site with the click of a couple buttons.

VTXWeb.com is a Wordpress blog. It looks and acts just like any website you go to. It has a search function, looks professional and neat. You have to freedom to select from literally thousands of themes for your Wordpress site and change it’s whole appearance in less than 5 minutes.

But the best aspect of Wordpress is it’s simplicity to update. The text I’m reading right now, I write through a username and password protected login and type it just like I’m typing in MS Word or writing an e-mail. I’m not using any HTML, no Dreamweaver, no Frontpage, No FTP programs. I just logged in to my administrator’s name like it’s an e-mail and write an update.
